Exchanges and Returns

Returns

1. Your item must be in its original unused condition.
2. Please contact shop.courtneyalexandria@gmail.com to return any items.

Make sure you include:

1. The name that was included in your original order.
2. The address where the package was sent.
3. The name of the items you wish to return.
4. Include the reason you wish to return your item(s). If your items arrived damaged email photos of the product to shop.courtneyalexandria@gmail.com.
5. You must return the item(s) within 7 days of your delivery date.
6. Once Courtney Alexandria receives the items, you will receive a full refund within 3 business days. I recommend you purchase tracking and insurance for your returns as I cannot be responsible for returns I do not receive.

At this time, I cannot exchange items. You can return items for a full refund according to the Returns sections.
